Order Processing

Orders are generally shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery progress.

 

New Zealand

Tracked Courier (2–4 Business Days)

All New Zealand orders are sent via a tracked courier service from our Lower Hutt warehouse.

Shipping is free on all NZ orders.

All prices for New Zealand customers are shown in NZD and include GST (15%).

 

Australia

Tracked Express Courier (3–5 Business Days)

Orders to Australia are shipped using a tracked express courier service.

A flat shipping rate of $31 AUD applies to all Australian orders.

Prices are shown in AUD and do not include GST or other local taxes.

 

Australasia

International Tracked Courier (4–10 Business Days)

We deliver to select Australasian destinations including the Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Niue, and New Caledonia.

A flat shipping rate of $35 NZD applies to all orders within this region.

Prices are shown in NZD and do not include GST or local import duties, which may be payable on arrival.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
